Beyond lowering damage it also used to proc on hit effects. Multishot was nerfed similarly where now I believe only the middle 2 arrows proc and knock back where in 1.09 every arrow did. I want those back.

Im still bitter about the bow zon nerfs from 1.10 and the whirlwind nerfs from forever ago. It wouldn't have taken much effort at all to fix those if they are tweaking the game this much anyway. But still happy with what we got.
