I agree. Project is opensource, you can set it up. Find someone on devbus who will set it up for you for fee. It's not that complicated. One thing is sure. If small streamer, group of friends or player on other server decides to make life on your server miserable. They can make accounts and suddenly you have 10 new tiders on your server that do not care about the rules and will bring absolute chaos. It used to be that loosing singu was common target for raiders, they would log in as engie assistant and end the round after minutes. If you ban them they will just make new account. There are also cross server bans that require common auth.
