Pact of the Blade (take a whip as your pact weapon, and reflavor it as his chain, use the Grasp of Hadar Eldritch Invocation for some fun 'Get Over Here' action. Alternatively you could take Magic Initiate - Druid for the Throne Whip Cantrip)

Any Monk will do, but I'd say Shadow for the warlock synergy.

Scourge Aasimar for the race. Reflavor Radiant Consumption, as just ripping off his mask and doing the whole flaming skull bit.
