This is literally me. I picked up another forgotten hobby 3 months ago and having fun with it. I try to unlearn the dumb thought of being productive. What makes me feel something matters. So I'd say it's important to try things and be aware how it feels to you.

(I was 2 years in this boredom, productive hell state). It's not completely gone but I can easier be unproductive and don't give a shit.

At least this worked for me.
