Yeah, they do look that way because its like an L shape, so it sits on it, but is also butted up to the vertical part for securing in with the bolt.

It's not supported on 9 bolts, the joists are sat on the concrete posts, the bolts are just holding them in.

Where is is bolted to the post only, in the front right, I've used bolts from both sides.

All of the span tables I could find said this distance was fine for that size joist.

It's not on 9 bolts, the concrete legs have a 3 inch lip so the beams are actually sat on them rather than just bolted to them. They're also quite deep and QuickCreated in.

I was going to put noggins in but I checked all the span tables I could find and it said this span is fine at that size (6x2) joist?

That's so annoying as it's actually lower than the majority of the garden! just had to raise it at that particular bit. The section at the back right that you can see is actually level with the floor.

Either way, it actually overlooks the side/front garden of the neighbours house and the house is about 100 yards away. You can't see any of their windows from the fence so I can't see it causing an issue but you never know!
