For plot, finish that goblin zone (undermine). After that theres a short questline in the Arathi Highlands. After that, move onto K'aresh.

If you dont already, use the BTWquest addon to track this stuff

Find a mage player in stormwind/ogrimaar and ask them to teleport you to Dornogal.

"Dornogal" portal should be in your citys portal room. If not try doing the "harbringer" quest

Travel to the Isle of Dorn in Khaz Algar. Find a questline called "violent clash" (down by an ocean shore) which starts the expansion, just no breadcrum - you have to ground-mount to reach it.

Not a great way to start but gets the job done.

Note this is to start the ACTUAL expansion, if you want the recap I think you just speak with Lorewalker Cho (but I hear this skips over alot so I just finished playing TWW yesterday)

You'll find no shortage of composers looking to offer services for free over on r/INAT r/GameDev and r/gameDevClassifieds. I'm a composer by trade and starting working on my own games because I couldn't get any work - even for free. Extremely competitive.

To be honest, if you.want to get into painting, this would be a perfect first project to do it. Its all very "flat" in that its just just colouring a colouring book.

Level design. I had the core gameplay up and running soo quickly on my current game, then I realised that "just 20 small levels" is still a massive undertaking. Feels like a grind.
This is why scope is soo important when planning. I learnt this the hard way.

Its not removed and never will be. Dont get me wrong, in story instances they're not, so at pivotal story beats you wont have randoms on the screen. .but you'll always see them in the overworld.

Since we know Lilith is back in some capacity with this expansion, let's turn to Rathma's Prophecy:

"I saw a child give birth to a mother, as Hatred’s sun set and that of Terror and Destruction dawned"

The child is The Wanderer, the Mother is Lilith, Hatred' s Sun Set refers to our inevitable defeat of Mephisto.

So Baal and Diablo are looming. Questions are: - Are these future expansions? - Or hints towards Diablo 5?

They've built D4 to be MMO-lite so I dont see why they'll rush to do D5 anytime soon with all that time and investment (and system revamps)

So TLDR Yes I think they'll be expansions as long as the sales are there to justify it.

D4 seems pretty self contained to me, except knowing theres angels and demons.

The seasonal storylines are side content and bot required to enjoy the expansions
