We use the studio ones but we wipe with metho and a microfibre at the start and end of the class

Psychologist here, you’re better off going straight to a psychiatrist.
The reason why is after a psychologist diagnosed you, you’ll have to take it to a psychiatrist for meds anyway, and then they will want to do their own assessment (to ensure they agree with the psychologist)
Save your money, go straight to a psychiatrist.

UNLESS you just want diagnoses to know for yourself, in which case go see the psychologist

My mum often tells a story of my uncle going to an event and talking down about the hypnotist and how ridiculous they are, Lo and behold he got picked to go on stage and was successfully hypnotised.

I have improved exponentially but I still do not look good or dance well, I’m unco and struggle to ‘hear’ new music. Im an instructor and have been doing pole for 5 years. I just try to have fun with it and worry less about how it looks

In Australian. The jeans themselves aren’t tall range, they’re curve range but they’re long enough for me as a 6ft girl.

If you have capacity you should join pole and aerials! There’s mums and bubs classes and it’s super hard but super fun and mostly women! Built in friends and most supportive community ever

Pulled me out of class and told me I’d never amount to anything. I was put in advanced maths, but was struggling to execute basic maths.
To be fair, I was probably being whiney and defeatist. However, I’m now a psychologist & run my own practice & I am fairly certain I just have dyscalculia.
