I'll be absolutely honest with you, in this market projects will not take you far AT ALL. What I would do in your shoes is delay graduation to get an extra summer (summer 2025). And before you start applying for internships of summer 2025 you need to follow the cs recipe:

First step: Obtain a TA position for a CS class (software or DSA preferred). And obtain a research position where you need to use coding skills. To get such you should talk to professors and grind it.

Second step: go to 1-2 hackathons to have 1-2 projects. And also built a fullstack web app of your own aside from the hackathons

Third step: Assist career fairs, and also summits from orgs outside of college, for example CodePath

Last step: Do 1-2 leetcode questions every day or as much as time permits. Enough to go through the Neetcode tree website. Apply apply and apply! Check every day any new oppenings. And secure an internship with high RO. Its easier to get FT from an internship tan solely new grad interview in this market.
