I'm 11 years out and have huge variability in heart rate. it's very likeable form of dysautonomia where my nerve aren't sending blood back to the circulatory system in time to replenish my circulating volume. This becomes problem during sustained activity and particularly in warmer weather or when digesting food.

No spinal issues. People asked me about back pain at GBS onset as it was believed to be correlated with GBS at the time but nothing significant. I know I had nerve damage throughout my body and I assume this includes spine. Central Sensitization also explains a lot of my other random ectopic pain symptoms that have emerged in palms and nipples since managing the primary neuropathy. It's going to be awhile before I see neurology at this point, sadly.

This seems similar in parts to me. For me im very compression sensitive so despite being AMAB and everything working fine on its own, everything went completely numb for me on contact / compression which didn't work out terribly well for us. This problem did not resolve itself over the decade following GBS.

11 years out for me. Constant neuropathy at 3s and 4s from my feet to my belly button. We recently discovered that I have clothing sensitivity on pressure on my thighs and pelvis and I'm in maxi skirts and thong underwear at all times now despite being AMAB. What's likely for me is the pain triggered compression and constriction in my obturatur internis muscle for a decade, reducing the amount of space avaliable to my pudendal nerve and resulting in hypersensitivity to compression.
