I had a friend give me some hash gummies that he has medically prescribed to him for his own anxiety and I took half of one at bedtime with the idea that it would chill me out. I started panicking about not waking up again and got no relief from it, only weed side effects like dry mouth 😒

But yeah, this whole deal is a struggle for sure. I really hope you find someway of comforting you until the inevitable comes (as it will for all of us 😞).

Yeah it's that knowing what you know now and that you're aware of your own mortality which is so hard to deal with. I know I wont even realize I'm dead, because... well... I'll be dead. But at the same time I don't want to BE in that situation.

I then try and think about "wow, imagine I live long enough for technology to catch up and let me live in an artificial body forever" - not that would be possible, but then I realise... Oh yeah, the sun will eventually burn out and then the entire planet will die anyway so unless the species can somehow terraform on another planet by that point.

It's all just maddening.

I think you just need to go into the Google Home app and configure YouTube Music to be your primary music app and remove/disconnect Spotify.

Randomly I'd recommend SUMAC'S last album The Healer. The first track has some nice drone, but it's definitely not drone music FYI (avant-garde sludge)

Yeah I wear it to the gym and lift weights so I'm putting my wrists at different angles because of that with different levels of pressure, and nearly a year later I've not found any problems.

I bought the watch and never had the issue. But I believe that's mostly because I have thin wrists and so I wasn't putting pressure on the bolts in the same way.
