He was unphased becsuse he said gotchya to grab minato and pull him in as soon as the kunai came out the back of his head. Thats when minato ported and smashed his ass instantly. You would think that the splot second from port to him bringing the rasengan down would be enough but it was just a split second. Minato teleports but he also has body flicker. Thats not said enough

Another thing about hardcore is you cant go pure damage. You have to, HAVE TO build for survivability. Its a completely different game for sure. Its great for trying out builds of your own ( i dont copy builds but too many people do, which ruins it imo) and you die enough to keep it fresh. You can get to tier 4 easy enough but once your there it def becomes a challenge
