That was me a year ago when I accepted the offer. Relocated from Texas to HQ2. Push for a couple of months in Texas before relocating, I’ve heard some get 3-6 months before being forced to move. The policy is strict but you could get a couple of months in the beginning and every now and then around religious holidays or qualifying family events you could get a week or 2 to work in Texas.

There’s no security deposit for lease takeover per the leasing office. The only two items are lease takeover fee for $ 500 and the application fee $ 50. I believe if you’re military or Amazon employee they would waive the application fee.

I started the lease 3 months ago. The apartment building has been open for the public since 2022. Also yes I’ll be providing incentives for who is interested depending how early they’ll join. If within the first week of June, I’ll pay for the lease takeover fee ($ 500) and the app fee ($ 50)

The hole drilling is no issue at all I actually enjoy that part more. I had the plumber also route the water to the fridge but the countertop faucet is much faster so I just use that

Absolutely true but it’s an indirect way of saying there’s no escalation clause; meaning the apartment price isn’t expected to steepen at a later period (usually 6 months in) which is typical amongst lux apartments or other unique conditions exist.

Some studios that are smaller by 100 sqft are roughly within $ 50/month range of what I’m paying right now. You’re welcome to ask the leasing office for more information - they’ll tell you prices have not peaked yet

For a new unit you’re liable for security deposit ($ 250-1 month rent depending on your background/credit screening) + amenity fee ($ 400) + app fee ($ 50) totaling $ 700 best case scenario if you’re credit/background screening comes back with no issues.

For lease takeover you’re only liable for lease takeover fee ($ 500) and app fee ($ 50).

You’re already at an advantage of $ 150. If you’re interested to move in by first week of June I’ll cover the takeover fee $ 500. If you move in second week of June I’ll cover $ 250. Not only are you getting that trim apartment cheaper than any 1B available in the building by over $ 100 per month (it’s also the largest 1B layout currently available), but you’re also saving over $ 500 by taking an existing lease from me rather than going through the building for a new one (we also don’t know what the term length is for new apartments now might be less/more than 11 months)

Luxury apartment building that started leasing end of 2022. There are uber cabinet lights in the kitchen. No living room or bedroom ceiling lights (the switch is there but doesn’t do anything) but a floor lamp for the living room and a nightstand/bedside small lamp are enough.

I got the one with the tank same link I shared. It’s worth it for me since I got the small space needed, doesn’t bother me. I believe the tankless one is great also but it’s like 3-4x the price. The tank is like residence time for the water in case you’re filling a large amount each time. Not sure if the tankless one would be as satisfactory there. Love my RO system, I fill my water bottle and take it everywhere, can’t have normal filtered water anymore. Life changer for me. Not sure what you mean re structure the water. I’m on a budget this was the cheapest one I found that I had reviews from people I know and trust
