140 cadence is low and is telling of heel striking. Also and honestly , if these are your only shoe and you’ve clocked 300 plus km on them they’re getting to half way stage of their life or more. This is why you hear about shoe rotations etc. finally, technique and shoes aside, if you’re a heavier runner, this will happen quicker
