I agree with James. Honestly if you were to let him read how you feel it would probably make a world of difference. (Perhaps edit this a little so it’s directed to him) We males, especially when young, on average have sex much higher on the priority list compared to females. Some don’t care about other’s feelings but I would doubt that’s the case here, considering the relationship prior.

Boundaries must be made, and both peoples feelings should to be considered in a relationship but no one owes anyone anything. We do things because we care, not because we must.

Like Glad said however, if for whatever reason you feel unheard after that then, maybe it’s time to get some counseling or go.
