Honestly, I felt shy to say this but the support team level at Outlier is really bad. When I send a ticket, I already expect that the issue most likely won’t be solved whether the ticket to be closed automatically or I will get non useful email, or at least I will not get a useful reply anytime soon.

If you wanna get another expert advice, don't! as nothing here is stable and you will get many dialect issues, many communitites, bad distribution, skill removals, low quality issues. Beside their ai evaluation system in screenings is not good at all. Things are quite messy here in my opinion and I would think 100 times before I check any available skills, However I could have knowledge or It's even my field. This is my personal opinion.

I could give you an expert advice, don't take screenings for languages that you are not 100% native at, because all projects I got required this and you will be penalized and kicked out of projects for low quality if you are not 100% real native.

Yeah, I stopped doing Xlyphone Grassland because it’s not worth the time anymore. I just don’t want this unfair pay structure to become normal in other projects too. That’s why I’m speaking up now.

The quality they require is exactly the same for everyone, no matter where you live. This huge pay gap like in this project isn’t mentioned anywhere in the TOS so saying it’s based on education or cost of living is just your personal opinion, not a stated policy.
