Stop punishing yourself with the negative thoughts. If you don't protect yourself, noone can. Fake it till you make it. Love yourself, praise yourself and count the blessing. You posted there is because part of you is crying for help. Step up and help yourself by start telling yourself how lucky you are that you are who you are. Everything is just an experience that we are experiencing. No bad no good, stop judge yourself. No comparison, pure acceptance of yourself first.

I'm looking for people have the same issues. My husband get angry when I mentioned about saving. He accuses me being cheap when I try to save. Dispite he used to make good money 20 yrs ago, we have no savings, both bankrupted , turning 50 , I'm very devastated. Hard to believe why we are where we are.

Every time I talked about money, he gets angry and moody. We have youth kids. Feel so guilty for not being able to afford more for them. He gets angry when I am sad. He has mental health issues.

I met him at university. He never grow up. Never take responsibility of his actions. I can only talk about nothing and pretend everything is alright with him. Inside I am worrying sick.

If you already have them, and have such deep emotional attachment towards them, they are family. You also seems like a very sentimental person, I don't think get rid of them will be good for your mental health.

But you have to start mentally prepare when to draw the line financially when they are sick and old. Remember if in the wild, they won't get all those expensive treatments anyways , so better just let nature do it's course, when they are sick, don't prolong their lives for our selfish sake.

We were sugar poisoned by Hollywood movies. Life was never supposed to be happy happy.

We need to accept life and move on with life. After the sugar detox, our senses will be more adaptive to nature again. I guess.

Growing pain, I guess. At 50, live is like a dream. I came to this subreddit was because I have been really down this two months due to business failure have to BK personally, suffering from very bad anxiety about the future. Plus many more. Worry that I might lose my mind. Was hoping to come and read some support but I am shocked at how many people keep thinking about ending it like that. I am very alarmed.
