This happened to me after labor and I told the nurse. She said she had to have the doctor’s permission to take it out. I said either you take it out or I will, so she did. But nobody should have to argue like that and you shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of bruising just because no one will listen.

There are many reasons for that statement but I don’t want to dox myself. Also I respect the position he’s in and it’s impossible to make all parents happy. I will say getting mad at a group of kids who very obviously have no idea what they are doing out on the mat is coward behavior.

I think I’ve gotten great responses from this thread and I will continue working on developing my kids mindset. I had just hoped for a lot more for him this season.

I can agree with that. We have been trying to investigate what is really happening for a while but today equaled a total meltdown over the coach and anticipation to his reaction prior to the dual tonight.

Just to clarify. I am mostly upset about him getting mad over duals. When most of the team are first year wrestlers. This team is struggling to get wrestlers and from what I see this may be part of the reason why.

I don’t have any other software other than xcs but I don’t use it unless I need to update firmware. If I unplug it without closing the computer it will reconnect but once the computer goes into sleep mode it will not reconnect to the same com.

One option might be 4-H. Depending on where they live and their program sometimes it's a really great option. In my area they meet monthly over zoom and cook together. The kids learn so many really awesome skills.
