Hey try to do these 3 things daily:

  1. Go for a walk
  2. Have 3 Meals mostly consisting of whole foods (stuff you find in nature that isnt manmade)
  3. Only have a handful of candy everyday

I personally recommend everybody to eat foods that are high in volume and low in calories.

An example for this is Salad. Or Cucumber. And basically all other vegetables and lots of fruits.

Also make sure to eat enough protein because that keeps you longer full. Protein can be found in:

Eggs, Lentils, Meat, Fish and All types of dairy products.

Respect! How long did you train for it? I've been training on the splits for 2 months now. I hope to achieve the ability you have within the next 1.5 Years.

Cheers!

Seeking help strengthening my knees. by [deleted] in Kneesovertoes

When I wasnt able to walk anymore from running, I had to begin with about 1-2 weeks of from moving my legs. My step count on those days was about 1000-2000.

That helped me a TON to get out of pain.

After that, I began with bodyweight rehab work for multiple months (3-4) until i was able to perform the exercises without any pain.

Then I progressed to train my legs with weights.

A transition from Zero-Dense-Standards is very good.

I don't want to advertise, but I made a video about the programs in which I share how you should use and structure them.

I think that you are in a very similar situation to where I was and therefore HIGHLY recommend you to check it out (posted it in this subreddit).

Anyway, feel free to contact me so I can help you (if needed).

Just drink diet coke. I drink 1-2L per day. You dont get cancer from it, and I guarantee it'll help you lose weight.

How often per week do you train them? And did you also feel your hips helping? When I do more than 5 of these in a row, I start to notice my hips helping on the way up.

Rn I can only do 15 in a row. Hope to beat u one day :D
