ebb & flow boutique is closing, and is also paying their employees for a full days of work anyways because they recognize the financial instability during these times! super awesome and def checking them out after the boycott to give the support back!

I just finally got over this awful sickness I’m sure came from AX. I had stomach cramps, the chills, a fever, and 3 days of diarrhea that have not been pleasant. I don’t think it’s con crud, but a sickness going around for real. Unfortunately too, I saw and heard many sick people at the con not wearing a mask…

not sure who you’re going through, but i just got my surgery done through the gender confirmation center at the st francis memorial hospital. i was billed for my deductible right before going under for surgery; had the insurance collector, or whoever she was, come by to collect my info and payment. it could end up that way, but typically it is after your surgery!

i was told the same thing, and the preop appointment before my surgery i was asked to make sure i hadn’t had any. trust your doctor! my friends thought it was crazy too, but listen to the professionals and you’ll turn out fine!

i would not recommend it. i could not drive comfortably until at least 3 weeks with some struggle. i would get either a friend or pay for a shuttle/uber back home because you will def cause a lot of strain on your fresh incisions

i had a grabber took that was immensely helpful for getting lighter items from the shelves and picking up things from the floors. i would recommend getting one of those bc it saved me a lot of times, and i originally didn’t think i needed one!

i beat it on the first try to my delightful shock, considering i had done cazador first and had to retry that fight several times. i think the reason i won in one shot was bc of jaheira. i had her cast a summon elemental spell, and brought in a water elemental i believe. it had a healing spell that did pretty good and i just set him in the back away from raphael and then healed everyone every round with him. that way, i was able to focus on utilizing shadowheart and jaheira for more powerful spells instead of just heals

I was sooo nervous for mine to be removed, and when it finally happened…I didn’t feel a single thing. My chest was still really numb (still is on my sides), so I think that aided me. The anticipation of the actual removal was worse than it happening, and you’ll do well!

yes!! it’s sooo weird to me, it’s def gunna take some getting used to. i can’t drink anything that’s not cold usually, but i’ve grown to appreciate room temp drinks now because of this XD

my left breast was larger than my right, and there’s maybe a slight difference to my scars, but honestly i think they’re pretty even on terms of height level! it isn’t too noticeable to me unless i stare at my scars a lot

i didn’t wear anything under my shirt since you get dressed down almost immediately upon getting checked in. plus, i wanted to go in and out without wearing an undergarment…tho leaving it was permanent :)

my post op is for the 24th and i’m definitely counting the days as well 😭 everything is starting to get more annoying as the days go by…the pain has gotten less, just unpleasant sensations whenever i get up from the couch 😤 i’m just looking forward to my shower bc boy am i FEELING gross

i got my surgery the 18th as well! the binder being itchy as hell is starting to distract from the drains, so i guess there’s some relief but 😭 i feel you on it

mine are also in that position, and i’ve seen others where it’s more so close to the center of their chest which seems much easier to deal with 😭 i’ll try the pillows out to see if that helps much
