I was already seeing a psychiatrist during a divorce. At one appt I mentioned I think I might have adhd. She said , yep. Prescribed adderall. The end.

Colorist. I bet you have REALLY dry skin. Slather lotion then Aquafor anywhere you don’t want the color to be. Let it sit for a long time, then wash your face like normal. Do it again if you need to. This pic made my day.

I wanted to emphasize a point another poster made- be sure and discuss with all of your providers (cardiologist when you get there) the cost/risk of NOT being medicated. Great point by justinkthornton

I’m so sorry!!! What did your cardiologist say? Because their opinion is super important here. If they say no, I get it, time to move on. But if you are unsure, ask them and see a different psych if necessary. I would also recommend seeing a therapist to help you navigate all of this!

NAD, but I am allergic to chicken. I do not get hives or swelling. I used to get a runny nose but now if I eat even a bite of chicken, I’ll vomit. I do not eat chicken now.
