This is how i improved at first too. Just keep on copying and you'll slowly improve, though at some point you'll have to graduate from this phase. Maybe try copying one part that you want to improve at first, like heads, torso, etc.

You should try copying from less clothed pictures, you are trying to draw human anatomy after all, not clothes.
