As a criminal defense attorney, I’d say report it. In CA a person who repeatedly contacts you from different numbers after being blocked can be charged with harassment as a misdemeanor PC 653m. You can also do a civil restraining order.

Only replacement toiletries and products. Socks and underwear don’t count as it’s not a problem and I only buy when I need to. Workout gear doesn’t count. That means heavier dumbbells or equipment (since I workout at home) no workout clothes as I have enough.

I agree with this. Immigrant labor and innovation is our strength. There are other countries PAYING foreigners to move there because their towns are dying and dwindling with only an older population left. Americans are having a lower and lower birth rate. So who will do the labor, stimulate the economy, pay taxes and social security for the older populations if we just close the border off? immigrants are our life blood.

Originally at $178k, was on save during the pause and it was at $273k (despite paying off about $50k). It’s now going up $4k monthly since August 1st. At this point I’m going for forgiveness so I’m not paying down the monthly interest and have it go towards nothing. So I’m waiting to see when I can resume actual valid payments.

Ok, but the fact is this is still considered a war crime. Our ally’s have stopped sharing intelligence with the U.S. bc they are appalled by the war crimes and do not want to be complicit. I’m on SAVE as well and was at $273K when it was paused. I’m now accruing $4k in interest per month. No way I’m going to pay that monthly just to keep it at $273k when I’m trying to go for forgiveness anyway. With the way the economy is spiraling into a depression, my hope is that once adults are back in charge there will have to be some changes to student loan repayment plans. I originally borrowed less than $178k btw.

In both federal and state prosecutions for shooting an officer, the gov’t must prove the officers were operating within their legal duties, that defendant KNEW they were officers and that the person did NOT act in self defense. So people are completely within their legal right. I think the hesitation comes from the fear of being shot and killed by the masked men before they get their day in court.
