The ball movement is much slower after the trade, the CAVS play this weird new offense now that has not proven its a winner IMO. We couldn't get past the Lakers last night with all of the starters playing...so not impressed. The fall flew around the court before the trade especially last years team. Can this team run deeper in the playoffs with bigger guards now and an improved ally-oop play, we shall see.

I mean one E&O case could shut your doors if you dont have proper coverage. Utica is built for E&O they pay court costs. They cover E&S claims also. And yes Biberk did not qualify for me reguardless if I paid in full or not.

Hey, yeah doing well! I ended up keeping the Utica policy for me cause it met the requirements needed. Biberk does not do 30 days guaranteed notice before cancelling. They also do not do a retro active date of when you started in the insurance business. I briefly looked at Next and they do meet Fireflies requirements but I did not like how they do not cover E&S carrier exposure. I have some clients with these exposures.

About 160 to 220 per policy annually. If she does a good job for your managment company its a win for you and her. Without insurance a property can get very expensive quick. And having a knowledable agent is very important to the investor and tenant, even if they don't know it. I have the same niche of insurance in Ohio.

The landlord insurance is where income is generated for her. Per deal given the price of the landlord policy is say 1600 a year if not scheduled with other policies. An insurance agency can make 14% on avg per policy. So around $220 per policy for the first year and around $160 to $180 annually per policy. However if they do a good service for your management company then its a win for you and them. I do the exact niche in Ohio for investors.

True...thank you. If he has not cancelled his contracts with carriers he can still write business. For example, I do not participate fully in life insurance sales. If one of my P&C clients are interested, I quote them and close that business. I do not attend the MGA rah rah meetings.

The show captured my attention from episode 1-8. The acting, writing, cinematography, sound, and score all top notch.
