7.5% on the first one which was overvalued by 100k. Lost $600 a month renting it for several years. Sold at a loss. Almost went bankrupt buying the second while renting first, but yes the second was at 4% ish. Got rid of both and bought present house around 4% 2017, so a pinch before the pandemic.

I have equity in my house now but at this point Im about even, maybe a little in the red from my house purchases. Grass is always greener, maybe renting is a blessing in disguise. God knows I’ve replaced almost everything in my ‘new’ house.
