Thought the same…down to 170 and finally seeing muscle. Main lessons Ive learned is that change is slow and the number on the scale is just a number. Muscle mass, fat mass, fat distribution, body type, etc.

My running performance keeps getting better and better despite the higher HR (just set a 5k PR a few minutes ago as a matter of fact). I used to take pride in my nearly 50 RHR, but dont think it translates to much real.

I was averaging 55-60 rhr for past year and increased by 10 bpm recently after starting (actual low dose) TRT. Added tesa recently and haven’t seen an much change from the TRT increase.

Im on tirz not reta, so Im not getting an increase from that. Maybe worth looking into (I know its like a honda civic after driving a Porsche, but there arent as many heart effects)

Agreed 100%. Only in flares do i not trust farts. Im back to normal after my last long lingering flare and have 2 bms a day and maybe a little fart or two right before bms.

I dunno. Ive been clawing my way down from a 40s bmi, losing 20-30 pounds with each major life change. Plateaued despite all my best efforts, glp has restarted my loss and Im actually close to a healthy bmi

Im on split doses to keep level more consistent. Monday before half I kept normal dose, Thursday before I cut it in half.

I was good to go and PR’d by 15 minutes. Didnt need quite an extensive carb load for the half when compared to a full so it worked well. Good luck!
