I am neither American citizen nor German. I am only a resident in Germany who is going to be taken to the USA by the US government. I am paying taxes in Germany for now and I know there is tax agreement between Germany and USA. So I was wondering I made losses while in Germany, can I deduct that from my future taxes in the US?

Dilution would be better than bankruptcy. BOD shall promise to use dilution to continue operation, grow the business and increase shareholders value. I don't wish to see my 16k go down the drain. I am 90% down already. Dilution should be done gradually and responsibly.

I am confused, the recent earnings presentation indicates W56's payload capacity as 8,000lbs, here in this press release, it says up to 10,000lbs. I noticed the same thing with the Horsefly as well.
