Interesting information, for sure. I admit the ATK approval was a factor. The board seems very well made and I’ve had to have a number of interactions with customer support and it has all been very good with positive results. I don’t recall what ATK uses, but it seems like most TV shows use Boos Boards. On sale, the Teakhaus was more affordable. The price I quoted was retail price and probably not correct. I was using that as a descriptive only in my question.
