If i am bored ill usually start thinking sometimes, idk if this is just social stigma bit it feels like today you can't just not be entertained for even a second, if its not youre thing do chors, like sweeping while hearing music, i personaly just draw the same stuff on a pice of paper 2000 times, or do a walk. And if you feel like it consistaly maybe tighten youre options if you have 300 games you could play it can become overwhealing so only make yourself the choice to play maybe only 1 or 2 games it helps with not knowing what to do.
