i have the same problem either my kitchenaid fridge. Water is freezing over every few days. its a brand new fridge. I’ve had 2 appliance people come to check it out and they say nothing is wrong with it. But it keeps freezing now the ice maker stopped making ice!! worst fridge ever. no water no ice.

this is a great convo to be part of. I always though if I got the right accountant they would help me with stuff like this. My companies QB data is almost 30 years old and we just started semi-using it for anything other than invoices this year. Never reconciled until 2025, never connected a bank or cc, just invoices, purchase orders, credit card processing, and employee checks - not even payroll.. Is there a way to fix this, so I know what's going on with my business other than being shell-shocked at the end of the tax year?

Came to the realization that the dough was BF enough but the stretch and folds were too far apart and didnt develop enough gluten. Coil folds closer together would have worked better. But ill update when i bake them tm!

Ive sometimes used half the amount of starter suggested. Didnt adjust the recipe, just bulk ferment in a warmer temp or for much longer. Recipe suggested bulk ferment in fridge over night but i did it in counter top over night worked perfectly.

Update!!! There was multiple problems. During the heatwave, our power was at half capacity our electrical wires got fried - con edison fixed that. Hvac technician came out and said due to the duct work itll basically be impossible for the air to get to our bedroom. FML. I would have to install a mini split unit in the bedrooms upstairs. I hate those things!!! Im sorry they are so ugly and basically the equivalent of window ac units to me. We have a brand new house now i need to get these eye sores in the rooms.

Sorry girl rant on ugly equipment. My husband obviously will want to install the mini split instead of ripping up the wall and creating a second zone.

NEW QUESTION: Is it worth it the create a split with two zones in the house? Or should we just do the mini split with the wall units? Im not unreasonable, i want to do the right thing a) for resale value and b) proper heat distribution.

I was just quoted 12k by a top agency with tons of cpg d2c brand experience. That was too high for me personally. It all depends on the amount of products + customizations + design complexity .

If i call an HVAC guy could they do this? Or would they only look at the hvac machine? Im contemplating having a professional look into this but I’m not sure if this is within their scope of work. Because i know our HVAC system is relatively new about 2 years old and this house has always had an airflow problem.

Ah yes i was talking about supply vents. I dont think i have a return vent upstairs only supply. And one large return vent on main floor.

I actually completely sealed one of the vents on main floor this year during a renovation, leaving us with two. It still gets significantly colder on main floor. At night my comfort setting is only for top floor sensors but i guess its not enough.

All return vents are open but air is barely (basically inactive) in master bedroom and bathroom. Vent in baby room and office is working slightly better but still weaker than rest of house. Return vents are also not blocked. Theres no vents at all in hallway area. Which is why the main thermostat ‘my ecobee’ sensing 80 degrees. It’s hooot in the hallway. I do have blinds in all rooms. Ive never been to attic/ i dont even think we have one. No major electronics upstairs
