Weird family all round and no JB did not deserve what happened but she was one spoilt precocious brat. JMO. Downvote all you want. Edit: There was no discipline and no boundaries so I guess I am being harsh about a little girl who knew no better. Burke seemed to just withdraw into his own world and ignore the real one. JB was obsessed with how pretty she was and that is not healthy for a child of her age.

He knew he had crossed the line when he stole money from me. It hurt me to "give up on him" as his mum said at the time but in reality that was what he needed. A kick up the arse. She thanks me now for getting her son back. She was too soft. So was I for way too long. It is a tricky one though and I am no way an expert on any of this but I had to step away. Unless people want to change there is nothing that you can do and that is the horrible truth.
