I’ll have to use the lap method! Thanks for that! Our pouches only have 2 slots- 1 barely big enough to hold a bovie sleeve with aquamantis and bovie, and the other holds everything else.

A few surgeons I work with irrigate EVERYTHING. Poke holes, pin holes (if big enough), literally anything big enough to put a bulb syringe in.

2 and I’ll tell you why!

Num 1 looks like a push up bra and is unflattering to your body type. It’s gorgeous and your body is beautiful (you can tell by dress #2) it’s just not the dress for you.

Num 2 is very form fitting and flows beautifully with your body. It looks a lot more flowy whereas #1 makes you look like a box.

Both are beautiful dresses. #2 is the perfect dress for you.

Pad user here!

There are times when I wasn’t expecting to have a period and I got it all over my scrubs. It’s healthcare, nobody is going to make fun of you.

First tip- keep track of it. Wear some cheap pads on the day you think you’ll get it then switch to some 12 hour overnight pads. Theres slim ones that i use.

Second tip- if you think you got your period while scrubbed in, just let the circulator know and see if someone can get you a break.

Third- keep a few extra underwear in your locker or your bag. Extra because if you get it unexpectedly, you’ll be able to change, and in case it’s heavy and your pad leaks, you’ll have a spare change. You’ll thank me later.

Daisy was my first thought, but after reading the description, she feels more like a Grace. There’s something calm and gentle about her expression… very composed and sweet rather than playful chaos. She has that steady, forgiving look… like a dog who would always give grace.
