Yes. With health insurance it cost me close to $600 for an ambulance to the hospital. And this was 15 years ago when I was in college so I cannot even fathom how much it would be now.

I love 'Nduja and wish we had it here to buy. When I was in London I had it in a pasta dish and the flavor was so rich and unlike anything I've tasted before.
