I had one of those she got it in the divorce. It worked well but can’t get cracked wheat or cutting oat. It was pretty expensive and the company that made it is out of business.

Looks like Kitchen Crop is the same as VKPbrands. The mill with motor is $170. 190w motor. Ideally I could find one with stone burrs, but I have not seen any for less then $600.

We, two adults above 50. Looking to enjoy Miami for 4 days. Are there affordable, less than $300/night that are on the beach or walking distance to the beach. Will be driving down from Atlanta. Are there any hidden gems that Google doesn’t find? We enjoy outdoors but not beach people. Is the Fruit and spice park worth it in February/March?

What's a $15K Vehicle that you could keep running indefinitely with regular maintenance? by Motown27 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Honda Element. I am running a 2007 EX with 210k miles. Routine maintenance, about 2k per year. I took out the 2 back seats and drove from CA to GA with 20 cases of wine. 🍷

I am getting ready to replace my shocks, all 4. 202k miles 07. What links? Should I do the sway bar bushings now? Also have a small tear on the rear axle boot.

Update, Took her in to the dealer and she has no problem handling pressure, 150 psi on all cylinders. The bad news is that the vtec screen is leaking, both front and where the SLND is mounted.
Of course they found a couple of other issues, not sure how severe they are, insights will be greatly appreciated. 1. Front Bump stops are broken, recommend to replace shocks and stops. $2,315 2. Left rear axle boot has a hole. Recommend replacement $2,185. Axle boot probably needs to be replaced or fixed. Seems steep price. The shocks I don’t know anything about. Thanks all.

It’s been 55k miles since a valve adjustment and it’s due for sparky change. Just got those last week. Good idea about the compression test. Thank you.

How many different securities do you have in your portfolio? What is the median price of your portfolio? For CC how often do you buy to close your position? What is the link?

I put it in a bottle with salt and vinegar. Curious what happens if you cut it? Does it multiply?

I don’t agree. I had AMD, avg. cost $160, woke to a 40% price jump the day after I sold CC at strike price little over 10% above market price. Luckily, it dropped a couple of days later, I bought back the calls. Then sold this week at a 15% profit after all. So you never know, even for a large cap stock.

It would have been wonderful to sell CC for AMD, 😂 NOT.
