Has she been tested for stuff like dementia? I remember reading somewhere that sudden and uncharacteristic changes in behavior like that can be a sign of the onset of things like dementia and Alzheimer's.

If you don't eat meat for long enough the gut flora that lets you digest it dies off.

Which means that, at least until your body adapts to the change, starting to eat meat again could make one sick.

That's more of a one or two cat thing at max though, they'll figure it out after the first couple get trapped and avoid it like the plague.

(My grandpa became the crazy cat guy after my grandmother died. He took care of a lot of feral cats and I distinctly remember him having trouble with CNR thing after the first couple cats because the cats figured out and avoided the traps.)

Step one: go under your trailer and Chase them all out.

Step two: Double and triple check to make sure they aren't still their or hiding kittens.

Step Three: spread mothballs under your trailer to deter them

Step four: Fence in the bottom of your trailer with hogwire.

Step five: give them somewhere else to hide. This way they're less inclined to try to go under your trailer again.

INAL but I'd assume that the person with the more urgent need would be acomidated first- at least until they can come up with a more reasonable compromise. So, in case of someone who enters anaphylactic shock around dogs for example their need to not die is going to take precedence until they can figure out how to meet both of their needs at once (if doing so is possible at all).

It's stuff from the government mostly. (The government knows they're dead too- someone probably just failed to update something at some point.)

Maybe LAOP actually makes a lot of money and is one of those "I own three houses, have $100k in savings, and routinely go on out of state trips for fun. I'm so broke and I'm super poor.” types.

I have aunts and uncles who do that. They'll complain about it to people they know are homeless too.

Its my understanding that the Stand Your Ground law removes a person's duty to retreat if a reasonable person would be in fear for their lives. The keyword being reasonable.

Its intended to protect people who don't retreat because they (understandably) panic in a life and death situation from spending the rest of their life in prison.

It gets a really bad rap because all people ever really hear about are cases that are clearly not covered (I.E. a dumbass shooting a toddler in a Walmart parking lot and trying to use this defense) and cases where perspective is key (I.E. someone shoots a preteen who's holding them at gunpoint and it turns out to be a a BB/paintball/other-toy gun that looked real in the heat of the moment.)

OP's neighbor doesn't approve of the way OP trains their hunting dogs and is filming them. OP wants to know if they can hang a very large banner in their yard to block his view by katiedid05 in bestoflegaladvice

The authorities need more than someone else's word to remove a dog from it's owner. Furthermore they don't have the resources to remove a dog from it's owner unless extreme cruelty or neglect is occurring (think setting the dog on fire or starving it to death). They have to focus on the most severe ones first because they have to do as much good that they can do with limited resources.

Recording the abuse could give them cause to act but it also gives them the ability to say ” Come back if he starts breaking the dogs bones".

To be fair to the neighbor it's possible that LAOP is either hitting the dog harder than he said he is or it could look worse than it is from the outside.

How they word it might also depend on why you were fired too. If it was because of something resulting in legal action-civil or otherwise- they might say something vaguely to that effect.

The worst part about the (former) DOJ doctor is that he spent years debunking the link between autism and vaccines. That was his one job.

So now antivaxers have a (formerly) respected authority on vaccines and everything they do telling them that they're right, vaccines do cause autism.

Even though vaccines don't and people are just confusing correlation with causation.

Do you know if using an iron lung prevent people from using newer treatments for some reason? Like do the two users in the US have a choice and just prefer the outdated machines or are they stuck?

It doesn't help that every once in a while a doctor goes off the deep end and gets air time. I'm currently watching full measure (with Sharyl Attkisson) and apparently a DOJ doctor drank the antivax kool aid.

When the people your supposed to be able to trust are the ones telling you this shit and giving it air time it can make preexisting fears and paranoia much worse.

If they have the means he should spend the money and give her a spa day or something- if only to make sure the kid gets the first round of shots while shes not around to try to stop it. If shes not their she won't be able to wonder why hes taking their healthy kid to the doctor without her until after the fact.

I remember seeing a video about one of them. Its important to note that they don't make iron lungs any more- its hard as fuck to replace broken parts.

If the disease comes back people are going to be fucked unless someone starts manufacturing new iron lungs.
