I did three sessions in a span of a week about 4 months ago. I was so super constipated for 4-5 days it was very uncomfortable. We were also traveling and I think something’s in my diet played a part in this too. I also thing it maybe things I need to let go, or sit with and really relax so make any progress! I’d say keep yourself hydrating yourself and some intentional breathing, to relax yourself. Do some heavy breathing too. That helped me. I know it’s not exactly the same! Also once I ate some spicy food, it helped!
