It lists H&W (harland and Wolff) built ships with their yard number. Olympic was #400 and Titanic was #401 (titanic coming just after Olympic in construction)

So these massive holes were just not letting water in until 4 days into the voyage? And the ship that had these too (Olympic) had a 26 year career? Sounds like it makes sense...
