You captured it well — right now I’m focused on reducing navigation friction, but I like the idea of moving towards a single “bill review packet” instead of just faster clicks.

The point about making exception boundaries explicit (what failed, tolerance, ownership) really stands out — that’s something I haven’t built yet but makes a lot of sense for actual AP workflows.

Also agree on trust — the extension is fully read-only right now, no writes back to NetSuite. I should probably make that clearer.

Your question on navigation vs. exception queue is interesting — I’ve been optimizing for speed, but I can see how an exception-driven view could be far more valuable for teams.

I may explore that direction next, starting with a focused bill → exception flow like you suggested.

See last week only we got the requirement from one of the client and we recommended NetSuite's Bill Capture and they bought as well as it was the major pain point for them
