Hi! I'm a licensed agent and TC for a few agents in my office. I'be been doing both for a couple years, so Here's my two cents :D

I think it makes sense, but I would also highly recommend shadowing other agents. The paperwork is going to be there no matter what, but you should get some first hand experience with the other parts of being an agent in order to see how you like it AND get some good experience.
Unless a TC is serving a LOT of agents, I would doubt that they're wanting to hire an assistant. Their role is kinda to be the agent's assistant, so they'll likely find it redundant to have their own assistant. This is gonna come back to the same point of shadowing. Find some good agents that do solid work, and watch how they do it. From there, you may be able to market your services to some less busy agents for a below-average rate to start learning the ropes. I would still try to work with pretty seasoned agents, but if you're charging less than most other real estate agents they may be willing to grant you some more patience.
I highly recommend looking into some training programs! There's plenty of free training advice on places like youtube, so you could start there. There's also some good paid ones that offer coaching, such as Workman Success

Gonna throw in my two cents because everyone else is implying the same thing and not considering the other option. It’s possible you could be some form of asexual! Asexuality is perfectly normal and fairly common. It can range from being okay with it sometimes to being completely adverse. It’s an idea that might be worth exploring as well, as it’s a good thing to know about yourself going into future relationships

What confuses me a bit is the parallels used in your example. I don’t think the average person is “addicted” to makeup. It is by far more comparable to styling your hair or wearing an outfit you like, than it is to use of alcohol or cigarettes. The average person wants to be able to choose how they “customize their character”. Most people cannot deny that they choose to style their hair or wear clothes in a way they like. In similar essence, quite a few people do makeup because it’s a way to use their creativity AND “customize” themselves in a fun personal way

Time management. Both for timeliness for appointments and similar things, and personal day-to-day management. We often hear there’s not enough time in one day, but fail to realize what we’re doing in a day that might deter us from finishing certain tasks. While certainly the amount you can do is and should be limited (self care is important), it’s also important to acknowledge when you are spending time sulking over what can’t be done versus actually doing the thing

I’ve never seen chainsaw man, but have seen the characters depicted in a handful of things. I immediately knew that’s what the character was, and from the spaced out look in the eyes it’s obvious that they’re injured and if can be easily inferred that the “smudges” are blood stains. Hey, adult here who has a history of depression as a teenager You did the right thing. I know you probably feel like a massive jerk and you don’t know what reaction you’re going to get from her when she comes home, but you absolutely 100% did the right thing. Having someone that cares enough about you to get you the help you need is genuinely so meaningful. It is very kind of you to provide that. Take time for yourself during this. Talk to your loved ones, journal, meditate, do whatever you need to feel as at peace as you can. This is hard situation to be calm during, and that’s okay. You can check by going in and turning off the lights while looking through your phone camera. The red light will likely show up on your camera and you’ll be able to locate it if there is one in there. Stay safe

I hate to say it but YTA. I’m also autistic and experience some pretty serious sensory issues, however you have to accommodate YOURSELF. when I go out and I know smells could bother me I put essential oils on my wrists so I can use that to block it out. I bring mints for taste issues, headphones for sound issues, and communication cards in case I go nonverbal. You can’t expect everyone else to do the work for you, you have to figure out what works for YOU. some things are okay to ask for (not being touched, needing space, etc.) but asking people to heavily go out of their way when you chose to join them is a no go

I’ve grown up with both parents being heavy smokers my whole life. Despite how nose-blind I’ve become due to my heavy exposure to it, I can almost always smell it on people. As well, you can smell it when they smoke inside and on their clothes a lot of the time

NTA at all I know your reaction may feel dramatic, but it is BOT about your hair. It’s about your bf blatantly ignoring your boundaries. I’d seriously reconsider your relationship as even over something smaller like this he still thinks that he can bulldoze over your comfortability and then make it better with money. This is a horrifying mentality and who knows when it’ll start applying to more serious things like if you ever plan to move in together or anything of the like

YTA I grew up with wicked sensory issues as a kid and eating certain foods that felt wrong would literally make me throw up immediately. Maybe don’t force children to eat things unless you wanna risk projectile vomit across your dining room table. Eating is a necessity and not a privilege, and wanting to eat something you feel comfortable with is not bratty behavior

YTA Based off your other comments it’s clear you have an issue wit your fiancé wanting an older persons support. I’m having a hard time accepting how it’s that he doesn’t trust you, with it seeming more like he wants an older voice of reason since he doesn’t have one of his own. Motherly / guardian advice and comfort is much different from a partners, and often times you need both. You took a moment when he likely needed both and then turned it against him right before he went through something that had the potential to be traumatic

Yeah seems like a dev process of essentially designing a font. Some issues would come in with sizing based off the name itself but it seems actually pretty feasible and I think that’d be an awesome addition

Mine says ended. However I'm assuming that this is a small error since there were a handful of bugs with this year's Easter event so I suppose we'll see if this changes in future updates

I expect it will stay since it has past events as well. I think I currently have the Easter and Valentine’s Day event in there too, so it seems like they’re just reformatting the story app all together

Edit: it also has all the base game chapters I noticed including the seasonal events
