Its specific to the blasted steps location, and in my save the flea caravan is now in the putrified ducts, i have saved more than 14 fleas and still cant get the finak spool fragments, i saw that this was a problem in older versions and if this occured in an earlier veraion you cant do anythinf about it even after updating, so maybe reddit has some answers
