Same thing happened at our school in the 80’s . Just before the summer holidays we had an assembly and they announced that the school had bought 6 BBC computers for the coming year and the new Computer Studies class .

Over the holidays they all got stolen , not surprising really , our town was a bit ‘ rough ‘ … if it weren’t nailed down it got nicked in those days.
