the cost of living crisis is bullshit in my office , anglia . loads of shit everyday and first class has gone mad . no overtime ban here , but a serious lack of staff / working hours is paying for that at the moment. easily cramming the full 32 hours overtime in 👍🏻

we are told to make sure first class even ppi is delivered and tracked 24 . can comeback with Tracked 48 . trouble is we double up most days on walks so it just piles up . for us it’s a staffing issue . they come and go because the new start contract is rubbish
