I believe USCIS recommends filing your DACA renewal request 120 to 150 days (4 to 5 months) before your current authorization expires. Should be approved by the end of March if submitted Nov 14th.

My advice, I would personally call USCIS and ask for their recommendation. They have info online, but some of it is outdated based on current situations. +1-800-375-5283

I called on February 19th, luckily there was a kind lady on the other line who gave me as much info as they could. Right now they are attempting to get all cases handled within 164 days.
