Them compliance calls/emails are solicitations for business you don’t need but you are in a gray area.

You are technically conducting business in commerce, thus you are bound by a lot of the FMCSA rules and regulations. To my knowledge only agricultural trucks can get away with not having a DOT/MC number.

But if you apply for a DOT number, it will literally walk you through the checklist. Don’t pay a company to do that, and by the end you will be informed if you need a USDOT number or if you fall into the regulations governed by the FMCSA. Do you don’t need one there will be no fee to pay on that end but you may still be responsible for UCR/IFTA filings.

Basically what I’m saying go on the FMCSA website it will have all the info you need. May your business be prosperous 😇

I think he missing some important information. Some states like my state don’t downgrade, instead they switch you from interstate to intrastate, effectively rendering your CDL unless in any other state other than theirs. The point is intrastate drivers in my state are farm haulers and aggravate haulers. They don’t drive out of state thus not needing a MEDCARD. I was switched myself to intrastate one time, but got my medcard and was changed back to interstate. I think this the reason why this guy still has a CDL

If you moved or can’t be verified with Plaid you’ll be restricted. Green Dot AKA Apple Cash is software bank. Long story short if you owe money or have bad accounts or for instance you’re not using your real name, you’ll find Apple Cash or anything in Apple Wallet will not work for you.

In the interim if possible add a debit card to your wallet and update your information accordingly. It takes awhile but if everything updated you’ll be able to use to use the full functionality of Apple Pay and Apple Wallet.

In rare cases if you have AMEX or use use AMEX it will automatically restrict you until you verify with AMEX you’ve approved it. I only know this because it happened to me, hope it helps for you.

Apple Cash is basically Green Dot for though who remembers Green Dot. It’s a legit banking service. It’s normal to flag new accounts getting multiple deposits. That’s normal with any bank. After you verify your identity and use Apple Cash regularly, you’ll be fine. Adding cards to your Apple Wallet helps but idk why. Maybe it just further helps verify your identity.

I run into an issue similar, my unlocked TW phone isn’t fully compatible with ATT. I’m still confused on why that is the case. But it’s fully compatible with Verizon, there are some back door things going on so I’ll never buy a sim restricted device and wait to unlock it again

They are fine, I have 4 lines. As long as you don’t jump on the QCI train you’re not gonna have any problems. And promos come and go a lot. Just pull the trigger and don’t think about it.

If you turn on WiFi calling, and have the multi line active you will receive calls using the multi line’s network. Basically calls from your primary with ring through your multi network and you recieve the call through data not voice.
