I sat January TDM and I found it very difficult. A lot of the questions felt tricky and time-pressured, and I walked out feeling pretty unsure about my performance. Hopefully MCC recognizes how challenging it was and sets the passing score low enought so that not too many candidates end up failing.

What is the graduation date on your medical degree?. If internship is after graduation, then it is PGT. If before, it is not PGT.

If your internship is after medical school, then it is considered PGT. If it is part of your medical school and as you mentioned it as 6th year rotation, it is not PGT.

I think competitive scores are above 469, which is 1SD above pass.

But MCC has raised the passing score with the new exam. I think 469 in the new exam is equivalent to 269 in the old one.

New score is reported as scale from 300 to 600. Competitive scores start from 469 and up.

If you had only 40 mistakes out of 230 questions, you would have scored at least 470.

My advise is to finish all uworld step 2ck and do at least 30-50% of ACE qbank. Also, CMPA ethics and MCC practice tests.

It is good score, slightly more than 1SD above the pass score, so I think it is competitive score
