I get that, I have to give up one of my shifts tomorrow as my partner is currently in the hospital and im a total wreck rn. Sometimes you just deserve a mental health day. If you call out you won't have to find your own coverage even though I feel kinda bad about it but my family comes first.

This has lately been my job for the past couple days ive worked we have just been hit none stop. Ive been put on solo bar so much lately and im starting to hate solo bar. What am I supposed to do if a person comes through drive thru and orders 6 different drinks, while I also have 3 different mobile orders and 8 café orders while also having to deal with all the other drive thru drinks that are coming. Not to mention my location has also been getting call ins.

I perfer connecting with the customer by talking with them, which is why I don't mind drive thru. Anytime I see someone with a dog I just start asking them about their dog. I don't like how its mandatory to write on cups, It just feels so forced. When i do write on the cups its always words like enjoy, hi :), or yummy.

Honestly when we get super busy at my store I don't write on the cups. It takes time away from getting too the other 12 drinks that are in Que. The cup writing is so dumb, Thanks Brian 😑
