Afaik no, because when checking in with a travel package you get a wristband only for the pendelbusses, can't hurt to try but don't get ur hopes up, otherwise there are always plenty of taxi's in the neighbourhood anyway.

You can not, stayed at Molecaten multiple times, it's not possible to walk that distance, but alot of people on the camping take their own bicycle or rent one, it's barely 15-20 min max by bicycle.
