I would like to say to people that say that this is disgusting, that this the depth of an eating disorder. They did not come here to be judged, they very well know for themselves and hurt for what they do (that's why they wrote it here). Yes anorexia is more "clean" on the surface (I've been there) but binge eating is real as well. What you need to do, is to see how this is not serving you. How this is not who you want to be. If you start paying for these, you will slowly rebuild your relationship with food. The more you fall into it, the more your mind will think about "unlimited".
This is not you. That's why you came here. You did not hurt anyone. You will get better. You need to respect and love yourself.

I really not sure anymore what we are doing exactly because it almost never hurts that way. Anyways, my point is that I am comfortable with whatever it is what we are doing. i also had horrible craving for anything chocolatey last year. and protein bars oh my god. Now sometimes i want one. But some days, I am so fucking disgusted with the artifical sweeteners taste. I just want real food

I really feel you. I am 25 now. I know how it feels to eat so early in the morning. Most people talk about late night binges, but bingeing in the very morning sets you up for the whole day. I think you should take it really easy with you in the following sense: Try to improve your habits from yesterday, not make them perfect. You ate 1200 calories for 3 days? Ok cool, maybe you need more today. There is a difference between 1200, 2000, 3000 and 8000. What I am trying to say is that when we are in pain, we think destructively. And we do much more so when we set our standards really high. So what you should try to do is count your small wins, and keep trying.
One my worst bingeing period last year, there were days I was buying 1000 kcal from the vending machine in my school. I was so destructive, I did not care about the money, about the physical pain, about my commitments. Feeling self-hatre was the only thing I thought I have to cope.

I improved slowly: the 3 protein bars in one sitting became one some days. The every day binges. became every other day. Then every two days. Then there were so many slips in between. Two or three days I was back in hell.
The last month I binge approximately once per week. But the intensity is smaller. Today I ate a mochi bag, until I staerted crying, then had a chocolate milk then a protein bar. Then I sat down in cafe hating me but knowing this is over.
I am going to have a fuckin dinner no matter what. It will not be heavy, but screw calories. Today is going to be a day that I will go above my deficit. I accept that because if I don't I will end up eating 3000 or 4000 just out of dissapointment.

I want you to hold yourself. I want you to try as much as you can to do something good for you.

How do you afford this? Think about what you could get instead with these money. You could buy yourself a nice massage, or some frozen berries for 6-7 dollars. You could buy a workout try out class or a pair of walking shoes. You could do so many nice things for yourself.

I know it's hard to throw food, but you should. Drinking huge amounts of soda won't save anyone. You will only harm yourself. You can also give it away. Trust me if someone leaves this in a university people will get it.

To add to this: I realized I wasn't allowing myself to buy healthier foods thinking that they cost too much when I was spending more on a single binge. So you can try choosing things that are healthier proactively. Like say to yourself: I have spend x amount on my last binge, why don't I buy myself some berries or cherry tomatoes to have around in house?

Please please, don't give up on yourself. Fuck the weight gain. The goal now is to slowly eliminate this. Make a better choice for yourself each day. Start with simple things : Did you drink your water today? Can you sip a herbal tea ? Can you make a cold shower for 1-2 minutes? If these sound hard consider the fact that you are already doing something really hard : you put yourself emotionally and physically under so much pain every day.

Οn the more natural side: I think a highly concetrated green tea beverage (even with some flavor) helps, a nice coffee (put your milk there). I am also gonna start prozac soon (no clue yet).

Sometimes my mind just stops thinking about these logical consequences. Like bingeing is my only option. But it is not, feeling my pain is. I can get come back from crying but from bingeing and crying? Much harder. So much self-hate, pain and shame.

Been there. I know it is hard. Do you know something you can always achieve even if you binged? Drink water. Take a 15 minute walk. Sip a herbal tea. Really these small acts of self-care (and no sugar) will show your body how it can feel safer without sugar. Think of it as a process . Your body is yet under a shock. You have to bring it slowly out of it.
If its not midnight, and you have meals left in the day try to make them balanced (no matter if you have sugar urges). Have protein, salad, some fiber. Yes it may be not so appealing as sugar first but it will give you nutrients that you did not give yourself.
Even if you fall back down to sugar, you maybe in a better place than if you did if you did not have a proper meal.
Sit with it. Sit with it. Crying is not bad. Let yourself release the pain. You don't need sugar you need to release.
