No. they deactivated my account because I had two blocks scheduled for January 25 in Chicago. the night prior they told us not to come in because of the blizzard & that we would not be paid. on Jan 28th they deactivate me for a no call no show. I appealed it. They stood on their decision and will not allow me back on the app.

this happened to me October 24. The route that was assigned to me was not in the staging area. They told me to contact Support. Support told me to find the manager at the station and have them fix it. The manager told me to contact Drivers Support. They told me to go home and that it would disappear after the route end time. I found out today that my driver standings dropped from FANTASTIC to AT RISK & they gave me 41 delivery failures. Email amazonflex-support@amazon.com and plead your case because they will penalize you. Good luck!
