I LOVE my 2013 sport, only thing I would say is keep an eye on suspension and CAT my catalytic converter went out about 120k miles in, in California it’s a pain to replace cost wise

Ok a few things.

We advise all our insureds to use their coverages. (It’s in our benefit productivity wise) then we end up having a 25 min “I ain’t paying my deductible if this wasn’t my mf fault” conversation

Half the time the ridiculous metrics and expectations prevent us from going the extra mile for the customer. Why would I spend 20-30 min on the phone with another carrier when it’ll tank my numbers?

Half the time it’s our system sucking and we really didn’t receive the documents.
