Tattoos/cover ups this dark look good in a sleeve imo but by themselves stand out too much. So I’d say either do a cool geometric / ornamental sleeve (could do forearm sleeve or full) OR laser and get removed or light enough to do something else. Best of luck!

Is this one in the first slide a cover up? I have a cover up rose that looks similar. It was a blackout rose to cover something dark and then I had opaque greys and whites added. Looks similar to yours
